Your birthing experience is unique, so my support will depend on your needs! Below is a list of packages designed to accommodate you and your family. Every birthing experience is a journey of its own and deserves the right support tailored just for you. That’s why I offer these different packages designed to meet the diverse needs of Mamas and their families.
Whether you’re seeking emotional reassurance, educational resources, or hands-on assistance, there’s a package perfect for you. Choosing the support aligned with your needs can make a difference in your birthing experience, ensuring you feel empowered and cared for at every step. Let’s create the ideal environment for you and your loved ones during this transformative time.
BIRTH SUPPORT
The birth keeper package
Starting from £1550 *£1050 for 2026 Births (for a LIMITED TIME)
This package is for those who wish to have birth support alone. This includes the following:
Birth Plan Consultation: Explore your options, fears, and values, create affirmations, and produce your birth plan.
On-call support: I will be available on my phone and WhatsApp 24/7 between 38-42 weeks, providing peace of mind and continuous support during the crucial period leading up to the birth.
Continuous Support and Advocacy During Birth: I'll support you throughout your birth experience, ensuring you feel empowered, comfortable, and informed. This includes:
Aftercare Support: Up to an hour of immediate postnatal care, helping with breastfeeding, assisting the baby with their first set of clothes and nappies, and ensuring you and your partner have everything you need. This includes:
Reflection Hour: One week after birth, we will conduct one check-in and reflect on your birthing experience.
Doula Birth Photographer [optional]: 15 edited images and full labour coverage (additional photos available for purchase). This will bring the fee to £ 1,400 *£ 1,050 if included.
THE WholeListic Mama package
Starting from £1850 *£1350 for 2026 births (for a LIMITED TIME)
This package combines the overall doula services we offer at Mwasi | Mama. This includes the following:
x2 Antenatal and Active Birth classes: looking into the physiology of birth, relaxation techniques, informed decision making and pain relief options
Birth Plan Consultation: exploring your options, fears and values, producing your birth plan, and discussing postnatal planning.
On-call support: I will be available on my phone and WhatsApp 24/7 between 38-42 weeks until the baby is born, providing peace of mind and continuous support during the crucial period leading up to the birth. On-call ends after birth.
Continuous Support and Advocacy During Birth: I'll support you throughout your birth experience, ensuring you feel empowered, comfortable, and informed.
Aftercare Support: 1-2 hours of immediate postnatal care, helping with breastfeeding, assisting the baby with their first set of clothes and nappies, and ensuring you and your partner have everything you need.
Reflection Hour: x 2 postnatal visits during the first 2 weeks after birth to provide additional support, answer any questions, and ensure a smooth transition into parenthood. We will also discuss if you wish to have further support. This includes the following:
Unlimited WhatsApp and Phone Support: After you give birth, you will have 2 weeks of unlimited WhatsApp and phone support, with scheduled phone calls of up to 30 minutes.
Free to attend x3 Mama Circles (this can be either before birth or after birth.
Doula Birth Photographer [optional]: 15 edited images and full labour coverage (additional photos available for purchase). This will bring the fee to £ 2,100 *£ 1,750 if included.
POSTNATAL & NIGHT SUPPORT
All support is offered at £25 per hour.
Minimum booking for daytime postnatal support is 4 hours.
Ad Hoc Postnatal Support
Minimum 4 hours – £100
Ideal for one-off or occasional support.
Support may include:
Newborn care support (feeding, settling, soothing)
Emotional support and reassurance
Time for the parent to rest, shower or sleep
Feeding support (breast, bottle, pumping – non-clinical)
Light household help (tidying, laundry, bottles, simple meal prep)
Newborn care guidance and confidence-building

Night support focuses on allowing parents to rest while ensuring baby is cared for in a calm, responsive way.
Night-Time Postnatal Support
Night Support – 6 Hours
£150
Night Support – 8 Hours
£200
Night support may include:
Responsive newborn care throughout the night
Feeding support (bringing baby for feeds, bottle feeding if requested)
Settling and soothing baby after feeds
Nappy changes and comfort care
Allowing parents uninterrupted rest
Gentle reassurance and emotional support
Please note: Postnatal doula support is non-medical and designed to complement, not replace, care from midwives and health visitors.
